These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flex Mitra, a recruitment platform owned and operated by Goeventbooking ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using www.flexmitra.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or any of its services.

1. About Flex Mitra

Flex Mitra is an online recruitment platform owned and operated by Goeventbooking that connects employers with job seekers for full-time, part-time, temporary, contract, freelance, and flexible employment opportunities.

2. Eligibility

To use Flex Mitra, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally eligible to work.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Providing accurate profile information.
  • Keeping their account information updated.
  • All activities performed using their account.

Users must immediately notify us if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

4. Services

For Job Seekers

Flex Mitra enables candidates to:

  • Register an account.
  • Complete profile verification.
  • Upload resumes.
  • Search available jobs.
  • Apply for job opportunities.
  • Receive updates regarding applications.

For Employers

Employers may:

  • Register a business account.
  • Purchase an Employer Subscription.
  • Post unlimited job openings.
  • Review candidate applications.
  • Contact shortlisted candidates.
  • Manage recruitment through the platform.

5. Payments and Fees

Candidate Verification

Candidate accounts are currently free of charge.

Employer Subscription

Employers are required to subscribe to the Employer Plan at ₹359 per month to access recruitment services on Flex Mitra.

The Employer Subscription includes:

  • Unlimited Job Postings
  • Candidate Application Management
  • Employer Dashboard Access
  • Recruitment Management Tools

Subscription fees may be revised by the Company with prior notice published on the website.

Payment Processing

All payments made on Flex Mitra are securely processed through the payment infrastructure of Goeventbooking, which owns and operates Flex Mitra.

By making a payment, users acknowledge that payment transactions are collected and processed by Goeventbooking.

Flex Mitra and Goeventbooking do not store debit card numbers, credit card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, net banking passwords, or any other sensitive payment credentials.

6. Refund Policy

The ₹359 monthly Employer Subscription provides access to recruitment features and services.

Unless required by applicable law:

  • Employer subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.
  • Payments do not guarantee employment, interviews, hiring, or successful recruitment.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree that they will not:

  • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
  • Upload fake resumes or documents.
  • Misrepresent qualifications or work experience.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website.
  • Upload viruses or malicious software.
  • Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account.

8. Employer Responsibilities

Employers agree to:

  • Publish genuine job opportunities.
  • Provide accurate job descriptions.
  • Use candidate information only for recruitment purposes.
  • Comply with all applicable employment and labour laws.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of candidate information.
  • Refrain from charging candidates for employment opportunities unless permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on Flex Mitra, including but not limited to:

  • Website design
  • Logos
  • Brand names
  • Graphics
  • Images
  • Software
  • Source code
  • Databases
  • Text
  • Documents

is owned by or licensed to Goeventbooking and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Flex Mitra acts solely as a platform connecting employers and job seekers.

We do not guarantee:

  • Employment opportunities.
  • Job offers.
  • Interview calls.
  • Employer responses.
  • Candidate selection.
  • Employer authenticity beyond reasonable verification.
  • Candidate suitability.

Neither Flex Mitra nor Goeventbooking shall be liable for:

  • Employment decisions.
  • Hiring outcomes.
  • User conduct.
  • Financial losses.
  • Business losses.
  • Data loss.
  • Website interruptions.
  • Technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Users interact with each other at their own risk.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if a user:

  • Violates these Terms.
  • Provides false information.
  • Commits fraud.
  • Misuses the platform.
  • Attempts to compromise website security.
  • Uses the platform for unlawful purposes.

12. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using Flex Mitra, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any feature, pricing, subscription, or service at any time.

Updated information will be published on the website.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from the use of Flex Mitra shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this page with the revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
